If you're not in love with your order, send it back within 14 days for a full refund. We cover return shipping for any roasting or fulfilment error on our end.

Send your order number and a quick note to returns@africacoffeepark.com. We'll reply with a return label within one business day.
Pack and post
Repack the item in its original packaging if possible. Drop it at any DHL pickup point or schedule a collection — the prepaid label is on us for our errors.
Refund in 5 business days
As soon as we receive the return, we refund the original payment method. Most banks reflect it within 3–5 business days; cards from outside East Africa can take up to 10.
What we accept
- Roasted whole-bean and ground coffee in its original (unopened) bag
- Sealed instant coffee, capsules and drip-bag boxes
- Ela Beauty body cream, scrub and oil — unopened, with seal intact
- Africa Coffee Park merchandise — unworn, with tags
- Anything that arrived damaged, defective or wasn't what you ordered (open or not)
What we can't accept
- Cold brew & RTD cans (perishable, food-safety reasons)
- Opened beauty products, for hygiene
- Tree sponsorship orders once the seedling has been planted (< 5 days from purchase)
- Custom or private-label wholesale orders
- Any item returned more than 14 days after delivery
Damaged or wrong order?
Snap a photo within 48 hours of delivery and email returns@africacoffeepark.com. We'll re-ship at no cost or refund — your choice — and you don't need to send the original back.
